No experience is necessary because we provide American Red Cross training to all of our employees and continue to expand on that training each month. LIFEGUARD REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicants must be 15 years of age or older.

  • Applicants must be quick learners, team players, and motivated to do their best work every day.

  • Applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

  • Applicants must be available during the summer months (May 1 through September 30).

  • Applicants must be able to pass a swim test consisting of a 300m swim, treading water for 2 minutes without hands, and a timed rescue simulation.

  • Training will be provided through the American Red Cross with a refundable deposit of $75. Deposit will be returned to employees upon completing 120 hours of work for Sunny Days Pool Management.

SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS

  • Must meet all Lifeguard Requirements

  • Must also be at least 18 years of age

  • Applicant must be currently certified LGI or able to complete LGI certification through the American Red Cross prior to the Summer Season

  • Applicant job duties will include but is not limited to: assisting in lifeguard management, cleaning the pool(s), inspecting pump rooms, and providing in-service training for all lifeguards.
